?? Manufacturing Engineer (Aerospace) – Huntington Beach, CA
Up to $100,000 | Interviewing ASAP
We are partnering with a leading aerospace manufacturing company in Huntington Beach to identify a Manufacturing Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced, production-driven environment. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in optimizing processes, improving efficiency, and developing team capabilities.
What You’ll Do:
Partner with production teams to introduce and sustain process improvements
Research and implement best-practice manufacturing processes
Analyze workflows to drive continuous improvement and efficiency
Determine proper tooling, fixtures, and equipment with DFM (Design for Manufacturability) in mind
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, engineering, and production
Lead cost-reduction initiatives and efficiency projects
Support and improve ERP-driven manufacturing processes (MRP experience a plus)
Develop and maintain standardized work and process documentation
Help design and deliver training programs to upskill employees
Assist in capital equipment training and knowledge transfer
Read and interpret assembly drawings and electrical schematics
Lead or support special projects as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in manufacturing engineering (aerospace or similar industry preferred)
Strong background in ERP systems (MRP highly desirable)
Proven ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Hands-on experience with tooling, fixtures, and production processes
Ability to read technical drawings and electrical schematics
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Proficient computer skills
