Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support daily operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment and facility systems. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who can work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance and repairs on machinery, equipment, and facility systems
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with engines, motors, pneumatic tools, and conveyor systems
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
Conduct inspections and testing to identify mechanical malfunctions
Disassemble equipment and replace or repair defective components
Adjust and calibrate functional parts and control systems
Install and maintain mechanical and structural components
Perform routine preventative maintenance, lubrication, and cleaning
Operate machine tools to support installation and repair work
Test equipment after repairs to ensure proper functionality and performance
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting (or equivalent experience)
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, troubleshooting, and repair techniques
Ability to read and understand technical documents and schematics
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, climb, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
Frequently lift up to 50 lbs; occasionally up to 90 lbs
Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and reach as needed
Good vision (close, distance, and depth perception)
Work Environment:
Industrial/manufacturing setting
Fast-paced, hands-on role requiring attention to safety and detail
Additional Requirements:
Must be able to pass a background check
Must be eligible to work in the United States
