Position Details:
Position: Logistics Coordinator
Pay Rate: $22–25/hour
Location: San Diego, CA 92123 (On-site)
Position Type: Temp to Hire
Key Responsibilities:
-Plan, coordinate, and assist customers with their move of household goods and personal effects
-Answer phones, perform typing activities, and complete data entry tasks
-Review and validate customer documentation
-Work in a networked environment using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
-Maintain confidentiality while managing planning and scheduling activities
-Utilize strong organizational, time management, multitasking, and interpersonal skills
-Support a fast-paced office environment and perform other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
-2–3 years of transportation and moving experience required
-Strong administrative and customer service skills
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
-Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and assignments
-Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks
