Job Title: Human Resources Generalist
Location: Riverside, CA
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $32.00/hour - Paid Weekly
Position Overview:
We are seeking a well-rounded and proactive Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Riverside. This individual will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive and productive workplace environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, approachable, and confident in handling a wide range of HR responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Support full-cycle recruitment efforts including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Administer employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and labor laws
Assist with benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and employee inquiries
Coordinate and support performance management processes
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations
Assist with training initiatives and employee development programs
Partner with leadership to support HR strategies and organizational goals
Handle HR reporting, audits, and documentation as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role
Strong knowledge of California labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
