What You’ll Do You’ll be the go-to HR partner supporting leadership and staff across the organization: ?? Compliance & Leave Administration Manage FMLA, CFRA, ADA accommodations, and workers’ compensation Ensure California labor law compliance Support audits and policy updates ?? Employee Relations & Performance Guide managers on performance reviews, PIPs, and disciplinary actions Conduct workplace investigations with professionalism and fairness Support employee engagement and conflict resolution ?? Training & Development Develop and deliver in-house training programs Support leadership development and coaching Track compliance training and regulatory requirements ?? Compensation & HR Operations Draft job descriptions and offers Support compensation benchmarking and benefits administration Maintain HRIS systems and employee records Update employee handbook and HR policies What We’re Looking For ? 5–7 years of HR experience (3–4 years at Generalist level) ? Strong knowledge of California labor laws ? Hands-on leave management and employee relations experience ? Experience conducting investigations and managing PIPs ? Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion ? Strong communication and organizational skills Preferred: PHR or SHRM-CP certification Experience in nonprofit, healthcare, or social services HRIS and payroll systems experience Why Join? ?
