Job Summary
A growing legal team in Tampa, FL is seeking an HOA Attorney to join its community association practice. This full-time, in-person opportunity is ideal for an attorney with strong litigation experience who is interested in representing homeowners associations, condominium associations, and other community association clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Represent homeowners associations, condominium associations, and other community associations in legal matters.
- Handle litigation matters including pleadings, discovery, motions, hearings, depositions, mediation, and trial preparation.
- Advise association boards and property managers on governance, enforcement, assessments, contracts, disputes, and related legal issues.
- Review and interpret declarations, bylaws, rules, regulations, contracts, and other governing documents.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with boards, property managers, community association managers, and industry professionals.
- Attend board meetings, community meetings, and industry events as needed.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $110,000 to $135,000 per year, based on experience.
