A local client has an immediate need to hire an Eligibility Clerk to join their office. This is a great opportunity for someone who comes with the following experience but not limited to: -Answer and return customer service calls promptly and professionally -Prepare enrollment packets -Ensure timely mailing and processing of applications -Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned Qualifications include the following: -Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Bilingual in Spanish required) -5 years of customer service experience, preferably in the medical or health benefits industry -High School Diploma required; Associate degree or higher is a plus -Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (Intermediate level) -Strong problem-solving skills -Ability to organize, prioritize, and work independently with minimal supervision -Positive team player and highly motivated self-starter -Detail-oriented, accurate, and organized -Ability to maintain professional and cooperative working relationships -Works well under pressure while maintaining a courteous attitude -Ability to meet deadlines and complete tasks efficiently -Proven track record of excellent attendance and reliability Be sure to submit your resume today!
