Key Responsibilities
- Open, sort, and prepare incoming mail and documents for scanning and processing.
- Scan, copy, organize, and route documents according to established procedures.
- Perform clerical and production-focused tasks while maintaining accuracy and productivity.
- Handle, move, and organize materials throughout the workday.
- Lift materials ranging from 10 to 50 lbs as needed.
- Follow company procedures, production standards, and security policies.
- Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
- Overtime: Available.
- Position Type: Temporary-to-hire, long-term opportunity.
- Work Environment: Friendly and supportive team environment.
- Breakroom available with vending machines, refrigerators, and microwaves.
- 30-minute scheduled lunch break.
