Job Summary

We are seeking Customer Service Tier 1 Support Representatives for temp-to-hire opportunities in Overland Park, KS. This role is ideal for customer-focused professionals who enjoy helping others, solving problems, and providing basic technical support in a fast-paced contact center environment.

As a Customer Service Tier 1 Support Representative, you will assist customers by phone, email, and live chat while delivering clear, professional, and solutions-focused support. This opportunity offers structured workflows, training, team support, and a collaborative environment where strong communicators can build valuable technical customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer support requests across phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide Tier 1 technical support, including basic troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Diagnose customer issues, identify root causes, and follow established support processes.
- Accurately document customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in internal systems.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Communicate recurring customer concerns, trends, and feedback to support teams.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay rate: $18 per hour.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Location: Overland Park, KS.
- Schedule: After training, 8-hour shifts may be scheduled anytime between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
