Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Maintain a clean work area.
- Comply with all safety rules.
- Support all functions of the production area as directed by the shift Lead or Plant Manager.
- Operate the packaging equipment to keep pace with the production line speed.
- Verify and adjust finished product weights to specifications.
- Band, shrink-wrap and label units per customer specifications.
- Packaging of finished product; lifting and stacking of 40-50 lbs. bags.
- Palletizing of finished material.
- Pull and sort raw material prior to the shredder.
- Operate skid steer loader, forklifts in the raw material warehouse.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School diploma/GED Preferred.
- Close attention to detail.
- Good verbal and written communications with co-workers, supervisors and others.
Salary : $17
