We are seeking a reliable Customer Service / Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and assist customers with inquiries, order updates, and general account support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people while keeping the office organized and running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
Answer incoming calls and emails from customers
Provide order status updates and resolve basic inquiries
Maintain professional and timely communication with clients
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
Administrative Support
Data entry and updating customer records
Assist with scheduling, filing, and document management
Prepare reports, invoices, and basic correspondence
Support office staff with daily administrative tasks
Qualifications
1–3 years of customer service or administrative experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable handling high call volume and multitasking
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and organization
Preferred
Experience in a fast-paced office or distribution environment
Bilingual a plus (not required)
