Title: Customer Service Representative – Call Center
Location: Renton, WA

You’ll be working in a bright, well-designed office with a supportive team, strong training, and leadership that stays engaged. If you’re someone who enjoys helping people, can navigate multiple systems, and shows up consistently, this is a great opportunity to build something long-term.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Handle inbound customer calls in a high-volume environment
- Navigate multiple systems and screens while assisting customers
- Provide clear, empathetic support and resolve issues efficiently
- Document interactions accurately and follow established processes
- Work closely with your team to maintain service levels
What We're Looking For:
- Strong customer service experience (call center experience is a plus)
- Comfortable working across multiple systems and screens
- Clear communication skills and a patient, professional approach
- Reliable, consistent attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to pass a background and drug screen
