Job Summary
We are seeking Remote Customer Service Representatives for a contract healthcare enrollment support opportunity serving individuals and families across New Jersey. This BYOD remote customer service role is ideal for candidates who enjoy helping others, are comfortable navigating computer systems, and can provide professional support in a fast-paced call center environment.
This opportunity offers paid training, structured onboarding, and supported call handling to help you succeed. You will work from home while assisting callers with important healthcare coverage questions, applications, and enrollment support. Candidates must reside in New Jersey and have the required home office equipment.
English-speaking and bilingual English/Spanish candidates are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and provide friendly, accurate healthcare enrollment support.
- Assist callers with healthcare coverage applications, eligibility questions, plan information, and enrollment procedures.
- Update customer information, process account changes, and document interactions accurately.
- Navigate multiple computer systems while speaking with customers and resolving concerns.
- Protect confidential customer information and follow established privacy and compliance procedures.
- Provide professional support during open enrollment, including assigned shifts that may include weekends.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $18.00 per hour for English-speaking representatives.
- Bilingual Pay: $19.00 per hour for English/Spanish representatives.
- Job Type: Contract/Temporary.
- Work Arrangement: 100 percent remote for candidates residing in New Jersey.
- Paid Training: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM EST.
- Training Duration: 17 business days, followed by 8 business days of supported call handling.
- Start Dates: November 2 and November 16, 2026.
- Open Enrollment Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST, Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, with some Sundays and extended hours possible toward the end of open enrollment.
