Job Summary
We are seeking a Bilingual Mandarin Production Supervisor for a direct hire opportunity in Orange, CA. This role supports electronics medical device manufacturing operations, including electronic assembly, PCB assembly, soldering, inspection, testing, packaging, labeling, and production documentation.
The Production Supervisor will lead daily production activities in a regulated manufacturing environment where quality, safety, teamwork, and documentation accuracy are essential. This is a strong opportunity for a hands-on manufacturing leader who enjoys coaching employees, improving workflow, supporting compliance, and working closely with Quality, Engineering, Planning, Warehouse, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, coach, and support production employees involved in electronics medical device assembly, PCBA assembly, cable and wire harness assembly, soldering, inspection, testing, packaging, and labeling.
- Plan and assign daily production work, organize workflow, monitor schedules, and help ensure output meets customer demand, internal commitments, and production priorities.
- Ensure work is performed according to approved procedures, work instructions, bills of materials, assembly drawings, device history record requirements, quality plans, and controlled documentation.
- Promote compliance with ISO 13485, FDA QMSR/21 CFR Part 820, Good Documentation Practices, Good Manufacturing Practices, ESD controls, and company quality system procedures.
- Monitor production performance, including labor efficiency, downtime, scrap, rework, yield, test pass rates, documentation accuracy, and other key production indicators.
- Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Warehouse, Planning, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams to resolve production, material, equipment, documentation, testing, and quality issues.

- Salary range: $70,000 to $80,000 per year.
