Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Audio Electronics Repair Technician for a direct hire opportunity in Nashville, TN. This role is ideal for a skilled electronics technician with hands-on experience repairing professional audio, video, RF, and hybrid hardware/software systems.

The Audio Electronics Repair Technician will perform advanced diagnostics, component-level troubleshooting, and repair work on complex electronic equipment. This is a strong opportunity for an independent technician who enjoys solving technical problems, working with precision test equipment, and contributing to a collaborative service environment with supportive leadership and opportunities to grow technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform in-depth diagnostics, fault isolation, and repairs on professional audio, video, RF, and electronic systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment at the component level using schematics, test procedures, and technical documentation.
- Use test equipment such as spectrum analyzers, signal generators, oscilloscopes, and multimeters to identify and resolve failures.
- Service RF transmitters, receivers, antennas, amplifiers, and related electronic systems.
- Evaluate hardware/software hybrid systems and support repair work involving digital audio protocols and electronic control systems.
- Document findings, repair actions, and test results accurately to support quality and service standards.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary: $50,000 to $60,000 per year.
