Support meeting coordination, including room setup, materials, and technology needs
Assist with onboarding tasks such as preparing workspace, badges, and documentation
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Maintain organized filing systems—digital and physical
Support leadership with calendar management, travel coordination, and task follow-up
Assist with expense tracking, invoice processing, and basic administrative bookkeeping
Ensure the office environment remains clean, professional, and well-maintained
Coordinate internal communications and distribute updates or announcements
Assist with special projects and operational initiatives as assigned
Qualifications
Proven experience in an administrative, office coordinator, or front office role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and standard office software
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Professional, friendly, and service-oriented demeanor
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting small to mid-sized teams
Familiarity with office management systems or CRM tools
