Part-Time Administrative Assistant
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5 hours per day (25 hours/week), onsite
Flexibility: Must be available for occasional night or weekend events (schedule will adjust as needed)
Potential: May transition to full-time in the future
Key Duties:
Provide customer service to the public
Maintain website, records, and reports
Organize and file project and operational documents
Assist with agendas, office supplies, invoicing, contract support, and correspondence
Support newsletter assembly and distribution
Schedule use of a community center and monitor events
Attend board meetings
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; AA/AS preferred
Any combination of education and experience; public agency experience a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, WordPress, Google Docs/Sheets, Zoom, and Teams
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
