Administrative Assistant – Front Desk & Corporate Support
Location: Seattle, WA | Schedule: Full-Time, Onsite (Monday–Friday)

We are seeking a friendly, professional Administrative Assistant to support a fast-paced corporate office with heavy daily foot traffic. This is a high-visibility, front-desk–focused role, where meeting and greeting VIP guests is a critical part of success.
Approximately 70% of this role is front desk and reception, with the remaining time dedicated to administrative, documentation, contract, and compliance support.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys welcoming people, stays calm under pressure, and takes pride in creating a polished, professional experience for every visitor.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist executives, VIP visitors, employees, and vendors with warmth and professionalism
Serve as the first point of contact for the office, routing inquiries efficiently
Follow security procedures and issue visitor badges
Support administrative tasks including documentation, templates, and correspondence
Assist with contract support, compliance workflows, and internal requests
Maintain organized records and department reference materials
Support office equipment and supply needs as required
