Job Title: Desktop Analyst/Printer Deployment Coordinator
Length of Assignment: approximately 5 months
Chance of temp to perm? No guarantees, use caution with working candidates, but if a candidate does a great job, there is a chance for conversion to perm if business needs support it.
Location: fully onsite at 27500 Riverview Center Blvd #100, Bonita Springs, FL 34134
About the Project:
- Printer refresh project, refreshing about 550-590 printers.
- They need help with coordination, communication and pre- and post-validation checks. Will be working alongside the PM in charge of the project and working with Ricoh techs and the field services team, and performing end to end coordination.
About the Role:
- This will officially be called “Desktop Analyst” but for this project, it will specifically focused on printers, not really doing the full desktop analyst role
- A lot of team has come from IT related customer service, electronics or MSP type Companies.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: IT coordination, service desk operations, technical support, project coordination, field services support, or deployment/implementation support.
• Experience supporting technology deployments or operational initiatives is strongly preferred.
• Prior experience working directly with vendors and business stakeholders is preferred.
