This role supports smooth and timely real estate closings by coordinating with internal teams and external partners throughout the transaction process.

Key Responsibilities
- Examine and verify title documents including deeds, mortgages, liens, tax records, and legal descriptions
- Prepare title commitments and related documentation in accordance with underwriting and company standards
- Identify and assist in resolving title issues such as outstanding liens, discrepancies, or missing information
- Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, attorneys, buyers, and sellers to gather required documentation
- Order and track payoffs, surveys, HOA estoppels, tax certificates, and other closing-related items
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal real estate regulations
- Maintain accurate and organized transaction files within company systems
- Assist with closing packages and final title policy preparation as needed
- Provide timely updates and excellent customer service to all parties
- Experience in title processing, escrow, real estate, or a related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of title documents, title insurance, and real estate terminology
- Familiarity with title software such as ResWare, RamQuest, SoftPro, or similar is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple files in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy
