- We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Forward Planning/Entitlement Manager to lead the entitlement and land development process. This critical leadership role will oversee all aspects of forward planning, from feasibility studies and entitlement strategies to municipal approvals and project closeout. The ideal candidate will combine deep expertise in land use and legalities with exceptional leadership and communication skills to drive successful outcomes.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Public Planning or Civil Engineering
