Job Summary
Perform visual inspection, basic finishing, and simple assembly of small molded parts while following safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
Visually inspect parts for defects
Perform minor finishing and basic assembly
Use basic tools such as rulers, gauges, clippers, and hand tools
Enter inspection data into electronic systems
Follow standard operating and safety instructions
Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
Perform routine safety and quality checks
Move materials to staging areas as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work independently and with team members
Assist with training others when needed
Requirements
Basic English reading and communication skills
Basic math skills
Attention to detail and good eyesight
Ability to follow instructions
Experience With Basic Measurement Tools Preferred
Physical & Work Conditions
Able to lift up to 30 lbs
Able to sit for long periods
Rotating 8-hour shifts; overtime may be required
