Responsibilities:
Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and S corporations.
Understand complex tax issues and apply them to client situations.
Participate in tax planning and research for complex matters.
Maintain high attention to detail throughout the tax preparation process.
Communicate effectively with staff, supervisors, and clients.
Provide training and supervision for entry-level staff and interns.
Deliver accurate, high-quality work products in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
CPA eligible.
3–6 years of public accounting experience in a tax-related role.
Experience preparing and reviewing returns for individuals, partnerships, and S corporations preferred.
1040 Preparation And Review Experience Preferred.
QuickBooks experience highly preferred.
Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Positive, professional attitude in client and coworker interactions.
