We are currently seeking a motivated and resourceful Talent Sourcing Specialist to join the Human Resources team onsite in Melbourne, Florida. Hours: Monday–Friday - 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What You’ll Do
- Coordinate with the Director of Talent Acquisition and Marketing team on social media recruiting initiatives and employer branding
- Manage job posting templates within the applicant tracking system (iCIMS)
- Source candidates using innovative recruiting methods including Boolean searches, networking, internet sourcing, referrals, and cold calling
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Research job markets, competitors, and industry trends to better understand hiring requirements
- Identify and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn and other professional platforms
- Track sourcing metrics and conversion rates throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate candidate records and sourcing data within the ATS
- Promote the company’s employer brand both online and offline
- Communicate with past applicants regarding new career opportunities
- Assist recruiters with candidate pre-screens, scheduling interviews, onboarding follow-up, and new hire coordination as needed
- Support training coordination and travel arrangements for new hires
- Perform additional recruiting and HR-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of recruiting or talent sourcing experience
- Proven experience sourcing candidates through social media platforms and internet research techniques
- Experience building talent pools and engaging passive candidates
- Strong understanding of Boolean search techniques and sourcing strategies
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate databases
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience cold calling candidates and overcoming objections
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Working knowledge of Canva and social media posting tools such as HootSuite or Sprout Social preferred
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- HVAC or service industry experience is a plus
