Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new credit facilities in Loan IQ, ensuring accurate setup of deal structures, borrower details, commitment levels, and facility terms.
- Process loan bookings, interest/fee setups, principal activities, drawdowns, rollovers, payments, and amendments.
- Execute funding events in compliance with credit agreements and operational procedures.
- Review and interpret syndicated loan documentation including credit agreements, term sheets, amendments, and fee letters to ensure accurate system configuration.
- Manage various syndicated lending products such as revolvers, term loans, delayed draw term loans, swinglines, letters of credit, and multi-currency structures.
- Collaborate with internal partners (credit, onboarding, portfolio management, servicing, treasury, etc.) to resolve discrepancies and support ongoing loan lifecycle activities.
- Maintain data integrity across Loan IQ, ensuring all deal activity aligns with legal documentation and operational standards.
- Support audit requirements, internal controls, and risk management initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience using Loan IQ to onboard new credit facilities, process loan bookings, set up deal structures, and execute funding events.
- Strong working knowledge of syndicated loan documentation, including ability to read and interpret credit agreements, term sheets, amendments, and fee letters.
- Solid understanding of syndicated lending products, including revolvers, term loans, delayed draw term loans, swinglines, letters of credit, and multi-currency structures.
