Server Factory Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily factory operations and ensure on-time, accurate delivery of customer-configured products.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to improve efficiency and quality.
• Supervise and develop managers, supervisors, and production staff; maintain a safe and inclusive workplace.
• Partner with planning, engineering, and supply chain teams to optimize throughput and meet customer deadlines.
• Oversee quality control processes and ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
• Manage factory layout, equipment maintenance, and facility readiness; support capital improvement projects.
• Enforce OSHA, ESD, and all regulatory safety standards.

Qualifications:

• 10 years of leadership experience in electronics manufacturing, hardware integration, or related field.
• Strong understanding of server, networking, and data center hardware.
• Bilingual in Chinese and English (written and spoken).
• Proven experience managing factory operations in a high-mix, high-volume environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in ERP systems, production planning tools, and manufacturing metrics.
• Experience working with hyperscaler, OEM, or enterprise-level IT hardware a plus.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems a plus.
• Prior background in rack-level integration, burn-in testing, and logistics coordination a plus.
