Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily sales operations, customer service activity, inbound inquiries, quote requests, and order support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with established customers, vendors, and internal team members.
- Prepare, review, and follow up on customer quotes while supporting pricing, availability, and product questions.
- Coordinate with internal departments to help ensure accurate order processing and timely fulfillment.
- Monitor sales activity, customer satisfaction, account performance, and opportunities to improve service delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and support sales staff while promoting a professional, customer-first sales environment.
- Salary: Starting at $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Work arrangement: Onsite only in Buffalo, NY.
