What You’ll Do
You will play a key role in supporting enterprise-wide risk management and insurance programs, including:
Assist with insurance claims administration, including investigation, documentation, follow-ups, and coordination with carriers and adjusters
Manage incoming and outgoing Certificates of Insurance (COIs) across multiple internal departments
Request, review, track, and maintain COIs from vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure compliance
Support improvements to COI tracking systems and processes
Help manage contract insurance requirements to reduce organizational risk
Administer a company-wide uniform program, including audits and vendor compliance
Contribute to special projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
We’re intentionally seeking high-quality, detail-driven professionals who bring both competence and accountability:
Bachelor’s degree preferred in Risk Management, Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Agribusiness, or similar
Experience or background in insurance, risk management, compliance, or related fields strongly preferred
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Advanced attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
Valid driver’s license may be required
