Regional Safety Sales Manager – South Carolina Charlotte

Our partner is expanding their Safety Category and we’re hiring a Regional Safety Sales Manager to spearhead revenue growth across SC and the Charlotte market. This is a hunter role, built for a high-performer ready to build a book of business, win new accounts, and become the go-to safety expert for a large outside sales organization.

What You’ll Own
Grow Revenue in Key Safety Categories:
PPE • Fall Protection • Respiratory • First Aid • Work Area Safety
Territory Ownership:
Manage high-potential accounts, prospect aggressively, expand product mix, and win new customers not currently buying safety products.
Field Cadence:
✔ 3–4 direct customer visits/week
✔ Regular prospecting & pipeline building
✔ 2–3 overnight trips/month (majority day travel)
What Makes You a Fit
- 5 years B2B sales experience (safety-focused strongly preferred)
- Proven territory growth, not just maintenance
- Strong prospecting cold-calling
- Ability to build and manage a book of business
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- High accountability, low need for micromanagement
Preferred:
- QSSP certification
- Knowledge of safety standards & compliance
