A well-established law firm in Greenville is seeking an experienced Post-Mortem Paralegal to support its estate and trust administration practice. This firm is known for its collaborative environment, strong client relationships, and exceptionally low turnover, making this an excellent long-term opportunity for the right candidate.

This role focuses on post-mortem estate and trust administration and requires a professional, polished individual who can work independently, manage multiple priorities, and interact confidently with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys with post-mortem administration of trusts and estates
• Prepare and file probate documents in a timely and accurate manner
• Compile and manage estate and trust inventories and accountings
• Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, and financial institutions regarding estate matters
• Maintain and organize case files, including electronic document management
• Coordinate meetings between attorneys, clients, and other involved parties
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in estate planning, probate, or trust administration
• Paralegal certificate or associate degree required
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
• Ability to quickly learn internal software systems
• Professional demeanor with strong client-facing skills

• Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (fully in-office)
