Key Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys with post-mortem administration of trusts and estates
- Prepare and file probate documents in a timely and accurate manner
- Compile and manage estate and trust inventories and accountings
- Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, and financial institutions regarding estate matters
- Maintain and organize case files, including electronic document management
- Coordinate meetings between attorneys, clients, and other involved parties
- Minimum 5 years of experience in estate planning, probate, or trust administration
- Paralegal certificate or associate degree required
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
- Ability to quickly learn internal software systems
- Professional demeanor with strong client-facing skills
- Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (fully in-office)
