Key Responsibilities
Hospitality & Conference Support
- Set up and break down conference rooms and events
- Prepare and arrange food, beverages, and catering setups
- Maintain meeting rooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Manage conference schedules and assist with client needs
- Clean and maintain breakrooms, kitchens, and office spaces
- Restock supplies (coffee, snacks, office items)
- Maintain equipment such as coffee machines, refrigerators, microwaves
- Perform light cleaning (trash removal, dusting, wiping surfaces, etc.)
- Assist with mail, shipping, and receiving
- Perform basic clerical and copy/print tasks
- Greet clients and provide general office support
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Hospitality, office services, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting
- Hands-on role with constant movement
- Business casual
- Closed-toe/closed-heel shoes (tennis shoes encouraged)
- Jeans allowed (no holes or inappropriate logos)
