AppleOne is assisting a client looking for a highly organized, high-energy Office Manager to support a growing, tight-knit team of ~23 employees. This individual will take full ownership of day-to-day office operations - proactively managing schedules, coordinating logistics, and ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently.



Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage all office operations and administrative functions
  • Coordinate calendars, scheduling, and travel arrangements for internal team members
  • Serve as the front office presence (light reception duties, occasional visitors)
  • Lead new employee onboarding logistics
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-functioning office environment
  • Provide administrative support including:
  • Updating company website content
  • Drafting and editing press releases
  • Supporting internal communications
  • Coordinate tradeshows and events, including:
  • Researching opportunities and costs
  • Booking booths
  • Coordinating attendee logistics and travel
  • Oversee and support bookkeeping functions (~20%), including:
  • Working in QuickBooks
  • Assisting a part-time accounting manager
  • Supporting invoicing, tracking, and general financial organization
  • Take initiative in driving team accountability (e.g., ensuring schedules are followed, leading office-wide organization efforts)

Required Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in office management, administrative operations, or similar role
  • Experience with QuickBooks (hands-on, not just exposure)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Experience coordinating logistics such as travel, events, or office operations


Nice to Have

  • Experience updating or maintaining website content
  • Exposure to marketing support functions (e.g., press releases, events, tradeshows)
  • Prior experience in a small to mid-sized company environment

Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
