What You’ll Do
In this role, you will be the glue that holds our daily office functions together. Your core responsibilities include:
Daily Operations: Manage day-to-day office workflows to ensure a seamless work environment.
Project Support: Provide coordination and administrative backing for various office-wide projects.
Event & Vendor Management: Assist with the planning of office programs and events, while serving as a point of contact for external vendors.
Logistics & Budgeting: Help track essential tasks, project timelines, and basic operational budgets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with different departments to address office needs and facilitate internal communication.
General Admin: Execute diverse administrative and operational tasks as they arise.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is a team player with a "no task too small" attitude and a high level of professional polish.
Experience: 3 years in office administration, operations support, or a related role.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Google Workspace (specifically Docs, Sheets, and Calendar) is required.
Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational and communication skills with a sharp eye for detail.
Adaptability: The ability to pivot quickly between priorities in a dynamic office setting.
Reliability: A professional, dependable, and team-oriented work ethic.
