Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service by responding to member inquiries via phone and email with empathy and professionalism.
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource for members, providing accurate information about products, benefits, claims, and payments.
- Partner with other departments to research and resolve member concerns regarding claims, billing, enrollment, or transportation.
- Accurately document all interactions and ensure member records are up-to-date.
- Assist with fulfillment requests and other administrative duties as needed.
- Maintain an understanding of current company processes, policies, and service standards.
Qualifications
- 2 years of prior customer service experience (call center, member support, or administrative environment preferred).
- Strong computer and data entry skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
- Clear, professional, and empathetic phone presence.
- Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday in Sunrise, FL.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Creole) a plus, but not required.
