What You’ll Do:
- Process shipments with USPS, FedEx, DHL, and UPS
- Assist with production printing and scanning tasks
- Manage incoming and outgoing packages and maintain an organized workspace
- Copy/print jobs, restocking copy centers and hospitality areas, answering emails, fulfilling various client requests for supplies and other office based tasks.
- Professional office experience in customer-facing roles - in managed services if possible.
- Recent hospitality experience such as setting up for meetings, restocking pantries/kitchens, office set-ups, and providing reception backup.
- Shipping/receiving experience with major carriers.
- Comfortable with hands-on work, lifting(no more than 25 lbs.), and multitasking.
