Shift: Weekdays Business Standard Hours

- Strong attention to detail, self-motivation and strong computer skills (10 key), ability to navigate a computer since we use multiple applications at the same time.

- Doing research within internal system of record to attempt to find a better address for customers, this is a response to returned mail that is received
- The search is within the internal system of record
