Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Process incoming shipments and accurately record receipts in system
- Generate and manage shipping documentation, including bills of lading, pick tickets, and packing lists
- Coordinate shipment planning and support transportation logistics
- Operate forklift to move, stage, and load materials safely
- Prepare and verify outbound shipments for accuracy and compliance
- Maintain and update records using internal systems, including SAP (if applicable)
- Ensure compliance with transportation and safety regulations
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet shipping deadlines and operational goals
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or logistics operations preferred
- Experience with shipping documentation (Bill of Lading, Pick Tickets, Packing Lists) required
- Knowledge of transportation management systems required
- Forklift (Powered Industrial Truck) experience required
- Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Snag-It)
- Basic knowledge of transportation regulations (49 CFR, IATA, IMDG, RCRA) preferred
- SAP experience required
