🔍 What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of commercial litigation paralegal experience
- Strong working knowledge of State and Federal Court e-filing systems
- E-Discovery expertise (required)
- Proficiency in Windows 10, Office 365, Word/Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Pro
- Experience in a cloud-based network environment is a plus
- A proactive, organized team player with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and support a busy litigation team
📌 Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-claim investigations and perform legal research
- Prepare initial case assessments and assist in drafting pleadings, motions, and appellate documents
- Manage litigation calendars, hearings, deadlines, and case logistics
- Maintain organized pleadings, discovery indexes, exhibits, evidence, briefs, and appendices
- Support attorneys with discovery requests, interrogatories, and e-discovery tasks
- Assist with settlement documentation and communication between attorneys and clients
- Handle administrative and case-management duties to keep matters running smoothly
