Key Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and staff professionally, answer and route incoming calls, and provide a polished front office presence
- Support conference room setup, meeting logistics, and basic technology needs such as laptop based conference calls and video conferencing
- Handle copy, print, scanning, and incoming and outgoing mail tasks while keeping documents and files organized
- Provide light administrative and clerical support including calendars, scheduling, supplies, and general office upkeep
- Prior experience in a legal office environment preferred with stable work history and strong job longevity
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and comfortable with basic office technology
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent customer service and attention to detail
- Able to work on your feet for extended periods and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor in a law firm setting
