Key Responsibilities
- Operate high volume copy, print, and finishing equipment and support scanning, file conversion, and file naming tasks
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, shipping, receiving, and document delivery while protecting sensitive and confidential materials
- Set up conference calls, manage meeting room support, and assist with front desk and receptionist coverage as needed
- Provide professional support to legal staff and executive level users while maintaining quality, accuracy, and tight deadlines
- Prior experience in a legal office environment strongly preferred with stable work history and strong job longevity
- High school diploma or GED required, and 1 to 2 years of related experience preferred
- Strong computer skills, technical aptitude, and comfort using Microsoft Office, scanners, copiers, and basic office equipment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to remain professional, customer focused, and on your feet for extended periods
