Key Responsibilities:
Contract Execution Management: Prepare, track, and facilitate electronic signatures using DocuSign or similar platforms, ensuring all contracts are executed efficiently.
Document Retention & Filing: Maintain organized digital files of contracts and legal documents, following strict naming conventions and retention protocols.
Clerical Support: Provide administrative assistance including calendar management, basic correspondence, and preparation of cover letters.
Project Assistance: Support short-term projects such as contract audits, digital file reorganization, and spreadsheet maintenance.
Internal Coordination: Serve as a liaison for internal teams to ensure all contract documentation is complete and accurate.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
Experience: 1–3 years of administrative or clerical experience; experience in legal, regulatory, insurance, medical, or corporate office environments is highly preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and familiarity with DocuSign or similar e-signature platforms.
Attention to Detail: Proven track record of accuracy in data entry, document management, and following multi-step processes.
Communication: Strong professional written and verbal communication skills.
Hybrid Capability: Comfortable working in a hybrid setting while maintaining productivity and responsiveness.
Discretion: Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.
