This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building client relationships, providing insurance solutions, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
• Active California Life & Health Insurance License required.
• Valid Property & Casualty/Commercial Insurance License required.
• Minimum of 2 years of insurance sales and customer service experience.
• Experience with commercial, personal lines, and/or health insurance.
• Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Banking or credit union experience is a plus.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
