📍 Location: Torrance, CA

🕒 Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

(Training Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

We are currently seeking 3 detail-oriented and proactive Inside Sales Representatives to join a dynamic team in Torrance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working cross-functionally to support sales operations, customer satisfaction, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle order processing, including order entry, delivery scheduling, and shipment coordination using internal systems (sales orders, purchase orders, forecasting, and order updates)
• Communicate with factories regarding scheduling changes, quantity adjustments, cancellations, and shipment issues
• Support hub order processing and related operational activities
• Collaborate with factories, contract manufacturers, and customers to maintain and finalize weekly forecasts
• Partner with internal sales teams and leadership to drive business initiatives
• Prepare and update customer quotations
• Respond to inquiries from customers, distributors, and internal teams via phone, email, and CRM systems
• Support distributor programs, including registrations and quarterly stock rotation activities
• Monitor and manage customer inventory levels
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports
• Process and follow up on RMAs, including returns and shipment discrepancies
• Address product-related inquiries and provide timely solutions
• Maintain accurate records, including new part number setup in CRM and order systems
• Perform general administrative and clerical tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of inside sales experience (manufacturing or related industry preferred)
• Strong inventory management skills with the ability to analyze forecasts and plan accordingly
• Experience with ERP or web-based business systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong multitasking and prioritization abilities
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and adapt
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic level required)
