Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare printed materials for shipment
- Verify order accuracy and ensure all items meet quality standards
- Operate packaging, labeling, and related fulfillment equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Collaborate with printing and production teams to meet daily deadlines
- Previous experience in fulfillment, shipping, or warehouse operations; printing industry experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Comfortable using basic computer systems and scanning tools
- Reliable team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
