We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join our team in a member-facing role that combines client service, sales, and financial expertise. This individual will play a key part in building relationships, guiding clients through tailored solutions, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Relationship Management
- Identify and engage prospective clients who can benefit from financial and insurance products.
- Build and sustain lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct client needs assessments to recommend customized solutions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet business objectives and sales targets.
Product Expertise & Education
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrate expertise in annuity and life insurance offerings.
- Educate clients on product features and long-term benefits.
Client Support & Retention
- Provide high-quality service throughout the client lifecycle.
- Respond to client questions, concerns, and claims with accuracy and care.
- Perform policy reviews to confirm that coverage continues to meet client needs.
Policy & Compliance
- Partner with underwriters to evaluate risk and recommend coverage options.
- Ensure underwriting documentation is complete and accurate.
- Comply with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Support enterprise risk management initiatives by identifying and addressing potential issues.
Additional Duties
- Contribute to team initiatives and projects as assigned.
- Uphold company values, professional standards, and brand reputation.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Business, Insurance, or related discipline.
- FINRA Series 6 license required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of financial services experience, with a background in client-facing financial advising.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and industry practices.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Strong judgment, problem-solving skills, and reliability.
- Team-oriented but also capable of working independently.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and related software.
Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
