Wealth Advisor (Financial Advisor)

-Pay: $80-95k/year DOE

-Location: Role is 100% on-site in Ventura County, CA

*Must hold license*

-Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Wealth Advisor (Financial Advisor) to help members achieve their financial goals through education, guidance, and personalized financial planning. This role focuses on building strong relationships, providing sound financial advice, and supporting members with investment solutions when appropriately licensed.

-Responsibilities:

• Meet with members to assess financial needs and provide recommendations

• Educate clients on budgeting, savings, investments, and financial planning

• Open and service investment advisory accounts

• Conduct account reviews and track progress toward financial goals

• Build and grow client relationships through networking and outreach

• Participate in seminars, community events, and marketing efforts

• Support branch staff with financial education and training

• Collaborate with leadership to grow the wealth management program

-Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience in a financial advisory or client-facing role

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Knowledge of basic financial planning concepts (budgeting, investments, insurance, etc.)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills

-Licensing Requirements:

Must hold one of the following:

• SIE Series 7 Series 63 & 65, or

• SIE Series 7 Series 66

• CFP designation may be accepted in place of FINRA licensing

• State Life, Accident, and Health license required

-Preferred:

• CFP®, CFA, or ChFC® designation

• Experience in banking or financial services
