📌 About the Role
Beyond managing asset data, you will be the primary auditor and manager for our critical spare parts inventory. Utilizing the Odoo inventory management system, you will oversee stock levels and data accuracy at the Central Utility Plant (CUP), Building 10 (B10), and the Facilities Shop.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Spares Management (Odoo)
- Audit & Count: Perform regular cycle counts and comprehensive physical audits of critical spare parts at the CUP, B10, and Facilities Shop.
- Maintain Records: Update part records in Odoo, ensuring accurate serial numbers, manufacturer data, and lead times.
- Optimize Stock: Manage "Min/Max" reorder points to prevent stock-outs of high-criticality maintenance items and ensure consumed inventory is correctly logged to trigger automated replenishment.
- Investigate Variances: Reconcile physical stock against Odoo system records and investigate root causes for any data discrepancies.
SAP Operations & Data Reconciliation
- Execute Data Entry: Manage end-to-end technical data entry for all new assets in SAP, ensuring correct Functional Location and Cost Center assignments.
- Legacy System Audits: Perform "Source vs. Target" audits to verify that assets migrated into SAP perfectly match legacy records in Archibus and Blue Mountain RAM.
- Asset Lifecycle Management: Manage the formal decommissioning of assets in SAP (preserving historical data and closing open work orders) and update technical hierarchies as plant layouts change.
- Preventive Maintenance (PM): Update PM Task Lists in collaboration with trades, and adjust "Call Horizons" and scheduling parameters for a balanced maintenance workload.
Governance & Compliance
- Uphold Standards: Request Master Data Change Requests (MDCRs) in compliance with global SAP standards and proactively "cleanse" incomplete data fields.
- Floor Walks & Inspections: Conduct quarterly "Floor Walks" to verify physical Asset Tags match digital system attributes. Evaluate core site programs (BMS/Mechanical, Maintenance, and Project teams) through regular facility inspections.
🎓 What You Bring to the Team
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma required; some university training or a college degree is strongly preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in data entry, transcription, or quality control.
- Proven experience working with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) such as RAM, Archibus, or SAP. (Experience with SAP P1U Master Data is highly ideal!)

- Tech-Savvy: High proficiency in computer software packages, including MS Excel and MS Word.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and trades.
- Pressure-Tested: Ability to work under time constraints while maintaining rigorous standards of precision and data quality.
