About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Facilities Maintenance Service Coordinator / Dispatcher to join our team. In this role, you will be the central point of contact for coordinating maintenance and repair services, ensuring timely communication, efficient scheduling, and high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and coordinate maintenance and repair requests from customers
Dispatch service calls, schedule work orders, and ensure timely completion
Prepare quotes, track job progress, and follow up on service activities
Source and coordinate with vendors for maintenance projects
Assist with vendor onboarding and compliance processes
Manage service requests from initiation through successful completion
Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
1–2 years of customer service, dispatching, or call center experience preferred
Previous facilities maintenance or service coordination experience is a plus
Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and client management systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage multiple phone lines in a fast-paced environment
Sound judgment and critical thinking abilities
