Responsibilities:
- Serves as strategic advisor to HRBPs, providing guidance on employee relations, workforce planning, and leadership matters
- Analyzes workforce metrics (turnover, retention, engagement) to deliver insights and implement strategies that improve retention and organizational effectiveness
- Demonstrates initiative and proactiveness by identifying opportunities for improvement, leading change efforts, solving complex problems, and taking ownership of projects and systems
- Partners with Regional HRBPs to drive consistent employee relations practices and alignment with corporate HR strategies across multiple states
- Provides day-to-day guidance and first-level support to HRBPs on employee relations issues, performance management, and conflict resolution
- Serves as escalation point for complex or high-risk employee relations matters, conducting or guiding investigations and ensuring compliant, well-documented outcomes
- May partner with legal counsel to manage sensitive employee matters and mitigate organizational risk
- Ensures consistent application of company policies and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Supports HR change initiatives and promotes consistent communication across the organization
- Collaborates with HR leadership to standardize policies, procedures, and employee relations best practices
- Develops and delivers reports and presentations on HR metrics, trends, and insights to support business decision-making
- Acts as ambassador for HR and company culture, values, and purpose
- Upholds company policies and performs all responsibilities in a professional, accurate, and compliant manner
- Other related job duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws, particularly in multi-state contexts
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills with strong problem-solving ability; able to influence leaders and manage sensitive situations with discretion
- Ability to influence HR partners without direct authority
- Strong conflict resolution, coaching, and employee relations expertise
- Demonstrated strategic thinking, analytical decision-making, and organizational change leadership
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, formulas)
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to travel as needed
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas.
Salary : $90,000 - $105,000
