What You’ll Do
- Manage the flow of critical project documentation for a major roadway and bridge initiative.
- Log, track, and distribute drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals to ensure teams work from the latest approved information.
- Maintain document control logs, revision histories, and compliance records.
- Coordinate daily with project staff and client representatives to keep workflows efficient and accurate.
- Support audits, reporting, and reviews to maintain project integrity.
- Use advanced document management systems to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
Must-Haves
- Local to the Greater Seattle Area – This is an onsite role; remote work is not available.
- Experience in document control or records management within construction, engineering, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of technical documentation.
- Proficiency with document management systems and standard office technology.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with engineers, inspectors, and client teams.
Preferred
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Construction Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Familiarity with roadway, bridge, or heavy civil projects.
- Understanding of technical drawings, specifications, and submittal processes.

Salary : $27 - $29
